Eastern and South-West Regional Organiser at PiXL

Paul Hammond is the Eastern Regional Organiser for PIXL, the national organisation best known for advising on improving student outcomes in 1200 schools nationwide. Until summer 2014, Paul was Principal of Oasis Academy Enfield for four successful years, having helped found the Academy from scratch in 2007 as deputy. Previous to Oasis, Paul was Associate Headteacher at Denbigh High School in his home town Luton as Associate Headteacher, which followed on from his two-year spell at NCSL spent developing “Leading from the Middle” from its inception in 2001. As ex-Head of Science at Queensbury High School in Dunstable, Paul doubled GCSE pass rates and led his team to “outstanding” status as recognised by OfSTED.
